Friday’s here
I am really getting used to these 4 day weekends but I guess now I have to wait until what memorial day?? Eeeks This week has been full of new things for us.
We stopped by IKEA over the long weekend and picked up the cutest full size bed for Big Boy! Yep, he’s been in a full size bed for 3 {now 4} nights and hasn’t looked back. This gets 2 out of 5 spots this week.
For the last 17 1/2 months he has only ever slept right next to me. Literally since he was 2 hours old {with the homebirth and all} He loves his own space now, I haven’t gotten much sleep however. He wakes once to nurse and is back down easily.
We went to see some very special people on Thursday. We got to visit the pediatric CICU where Carter lived. It was so good to see all the familiar faces again. They are so special to us and I think they enjoy seeing the kids almost as much as I like seeing them.
I have been watching this tote and that scarf for what feels like forever. 30% off, then 50% then the magic # for me 70% off! These two came home with me and I am thrilled to have them! :)
After seeing my BFF with this one, I had to snag it too. Its my favorite color and I LOVE how slouchy it is and the size is perfect. I really think this is my perfect bag. I am officially using a purse again, no more diaper bag! Big Boy has his own back pack that carries his snacks and a few activities!

Cute bags! Love them. I use a big bag as a diaper bag on the weekend. I got tired of the diaper bag we have, only hubby uses that now since it’s neutral.
I love when the things that you have been wanting go on sale! I have to admit, I love target, BUT I just can’t justify their marc jacobs collection prices. Not from target. haha I am glad they are on sale now!
Ok, so now I need to know Carter’s birth story!

I love how you treated yourself to a new purse and no longer have to call the diaper bag your purse… I actually JUST went shopping today and FINALLY bought myself a real purse as well from TJMaxx… I was so excited! I am curious about Carter’s birth story now, my first-born (a son who is now a happy, healthy thriving 2 1/2 yr. old) was born 2 months too soon and had a month NICU stay!
